A paperless memo system that routes memos along the reporting line with approval workflows and a single inbox for every action.
eMemo replaces printed internal memos with an online system where staff draft, route, approve and act on memos.
Internal memos were printed, hand-carried and filed, so approvals were slow and hard to trace.
We built a Laravel REST API and an Angular web app. Staff send memos to supervisors and peers, HR data defines who reports to whom, and every memo action is taken from the My Inbox screen.
